Who is the artwork by?
All artwork is by Emily Bartlett. Emily is a Melbourne based photographer offering a range of limited edition artworks.
How do I know the artwork is authentic?
All artwork sold will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist to verify that it is genuine. This certificate will also state the unique edition number out of a series of 50.
How large is the boarder around the image?
All artwork dimensions include a white boarder to assist in framing options and provide breathing room around the image. Please find the boarders for each sizing option below:
'Small' prints will have a 5cm boarder for each edge. 'Medium' prints will have a 8cm boarder for each edge.
'Large' prints will have a 10cm boarder for each edge. 'Extra Large' prints will have a 10cm boarder for each edge.
What paper is the artwork printed on?
Product quality is extremely important to Emily Bartlett Photography and therefore the paper choice was carefully selected. All artwork is printed on Premium Etching 100% Cotton 285GSM Paper. This textured paper is fine art archival standard. All artwork is produced using the Giclée printing technique and the ink used is Epson UltraChrome K3 archival ink.
What image sharpness can I expect?
Please be aware that some artworks are deliberately blurred, unsharp and/or grainy. While all images are carefully edited before going to print, and the sizing option 'Extra Large' not available where appropriate, please be aware that detail may appear more soft or grainy when viewing larger prints up close. A refund or exchange cannot be issued for this reason. Please contact Emily Bartlett Photography before purchase if you have any queries.
How should I protect my artwork?
All artwork has been printed with archival ink and paper to provide a longer life. In order to further prevent the chance of discolouration, the artwork should be stored out of direct sunlight. When handling the print, we suggest you use cotton gloves to eliminate finger prints and smudge marks. Until framed, carefully store the print flat and under tissue paper to avoid the accumulation of dust.
Will the colours be different to how I see them on my screen?
Although measures have been taken to help control any variances, the colour, contrast and brightness of the artwork may vary slightly to how it is seen in the preview image. This is due to differing computer monitors and calibration settings. Please contact Emily Bartlett Photography should you have any questions regarding this before purchase.

Yes, framing quotations are available upon request.

Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is available upon request. Shipping cost may vary depending on the location. This cost will be added to the invoice.
How do I pay for my order?
Emily Bartlett Photography uses Stripe secure payment services and can accept payment via Stripe using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Debit card. All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD.) Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
What delivery time should I expect?
All artwork is printed to order so please allow up to 3 weeks once payment is received for your print to be delivered. All artwork is shipped via Australia Post where a tracking number will be provided. Local pick up in inner Melbourne is available if the buyer prefers and requests so during purchase.
How is the artwork packaged?
All artwork sold will undergo a stringent quality assurance check and are photographed for reference prior to being carefully packaged. The artwork will be packed in a strong fibreboard mailing tube which prevents it from bending or being crushed. The plastic caps at both ends will be reinforced with adhesive tape for extra security. The print will be rolled inside and protected with tissue paper.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All artwork is printed to order so please choose carefully. Emily Bartlett Photography does not offer refunds or store credits if you change your mind. An exchange can only be offered if the artwork is not the image or sizing option you ordered as specified on the invoice. The mistaken artwork will be replaced with a new version of the ordered print as soon as is practicable. A refund in both cases will not be possible.
